The GLAXOR 90° Glass-to-Glass Corner Hinge operates on a highly secure dual-clamping system designed to safely suspend a moving door directly from a stationary glass side panel at a right angle.

Installation requires precise cutouts or notches to be fabricated into both the fixed glass panel and the moving glass door. The hinge assembly is inherently angled at 90 degrees. One side clamps securely onto the fixed glass panel, establishing a rigid structural anchor. The perpendicular side clamps onto the swinging door.

Inside the heavy-duty metal clamping plates sit precision-cut, high-grip polymer gaskets. When the internal hex-head machine screws are tightened, these gaskets compress evenly against the glass. This compression creates a powerful friction grip that locks the panels tightly in place while acting as a protective barrier to prevent glass-to-metal contact. The central pivot pin connects the two clamped sections at the corner apex, allowing the door to swing smoothly while transferring the operational weight securely to the fixed side panel.
