The glass panel, which requires a pre-drilled hole, is then guided over the installed rod. Crucially, a white nylon spacer sleeve sits perfectly inside the glass hole to protect its inner edge. The glass is sandwiched between two high-density blue elastomer gaskets. Finally, the outer cap and integrated hex nut are threaded onto the rod and tightened down. As torque is applied, the blue gaskets compress tightly against the glass, creating a high-friction, locked grip.
